🔒 Opened or Used Products
* We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been opened or used, including soaps, creams, serums, or other skincare items.

* Exchanges are available only for unopened and unused products.
* Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
* Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
🧼 Manufacturing Defects (Soap Bars Only)
* If you notice a clear manufacturing defect in a soap bar, we will gladly offer an exchange.
* Please provide a photo and detailed description within 7 days of delivery. -
Damaged Items
* We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products damaged during delivery or after use.
* We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival and storing products properly to maintain their condition. -
Cancellations
* Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before the order is shipped—whichever comes first.
* Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. -
How to Request an Exchange or Cancellation
